THE WHY...
I have always been a fan of Romantic Comedies. Sure, they are cheesy (maybe a little farfetched), but they always made me believe in the power of a good love story! Maybe it's because I am a hopeless romantic OR maybe I am an extremely, overly hopeful romantic, who gets caught up in the magic moments & giggles!

Some of my favorite moments that come with being a wedding coordinator is how well I get to know you and your partner as we plan. I learn about what makes you both laugh, the things that you value most, who you are, and the things you have planned next.
​Events have always given me so much joy, and when I embraced the wedding industry I got to experience the true uniqueness that comes with telling a couple's love story. How fortunate am I?! I get to know the two "main characters" as we plan, and I get VIP access to a BIG MOMENT in their lives!
Knowing firsthand how special this moment can be, and how nervous you may feel about the process, my mission is to make sure you are comfortable and can be true to yourself!
MEET BRITNY
Hey, Hi, Hello!

I'm Britny Ray, the Owner of Arise Coordination.
After working cooperate events in higher education for 5 years
(plus wedding planning along the way), I finally took the plunge at the end of 2020 and began coordinating weddings full-time.
​
Truthfully, it's in my DNA. I come from a long line of "hostesses with the mostess"! I grew up with both sets of my grandparents hosting everything from grand dinner parties to large gatherings and my parents entertaining friends & family for 4th of July excitement, Superbowl parties + fantastical birthdays. Regardless of the budget each of my family members contributed to these events with expertise in catering, alcohol pairings, decor details, floral displays, cake/dessert mastery, and even photography!

I wanted to be included in all of these details growing up, so I learned how to make stunning cakes, floral arrangements, choose a menu, cater to that menu, and understand a guest experience while also focusing on making special moments.
​
All of this led to my love for this industry! Giving my couples the information and preparation they need to have a great wedding day ALSO comes from empowering the qualified and experienced wedding vendors who deliver impeccable service.
